These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and FTS LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("FTS," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates voidcay.net and its related APIs, dashboards, custom-domain features, and subdomains (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
You must be at least 13 years old, and at least the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your country, to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must also meet Discord's own age and eligibility requirements. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, or if we have previously terminated your account for violating these Terms.
You sign in using your Discord account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, your API keys, and any IP address used with your account, whether or not you authorized it.
You must keep your API keys confidential and must not share, publish, or embed them in public code or client-side applications. If you believe a key or your account has been compromised, revoke the key and notify us immediately at support@fts.gg. We may revoke, rotate, or disable API keys at any time for security reasons.
Tiers. The Service is offered in tiers (currently Basic, Subdomain Host, Domain Host, and Pro). Current features by tier:
| Feature | Basic | Subdomain Host | Domain Host | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image and file uploads | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Video and audio uploads | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Custom Discord embeds | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Subdomains on shared domains | No | Up to 3 | Up to 10 | Up to 25 |
| Custom domains via CNAME | No | No | Up to 2 | Up to 10 |
| Full domain NS delegation | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Private / password-protected files | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Chunked uploads (no per-file limit) | No | No | No | Yes |
| Inactive file cleanup | 180 days | No | No | No |
Storage quotas, file-count limits, per-file size limits, and rate limits for each tier are shown in your dashboard. We may change tiers, features, and limits at any time. Uploads that would exceed your limits are rejected. "No per-file size limit" means individual files are not capped; they still count toward your storage quota and remain subject to Section 5.
Changing tiers. If your tier is lowered, you lose access to features not included in your new tier. Subdomains, custom domains, or private-file settings beyond your new tier's limits may be disabled or removed, and your uploads may become subject to that tier's rules, including inactivity cleanup.
Inactive Basic accounts. Uploads on Basic-tier accounts are automatically and permanently deleted after 180 days of account inactivity. An account is inactive when it has made no authenticated request to the Service, meaning no dashboard or settings visit while signed in, no API call, and no upload through ShareX or any other tool. If an account has never been active, the 180 days run from when it was created. We are not obligated to warn you before deletion, and deleted files cannot be recovered. Uploads on other tiers are not currently subject to inactivity cleanup, but we may change this with notice under Section 18.
Upload methods. You may upload through the web dashboard, ShareX or similar tools, or our API. All uploads are subject to these Terms regardless of method.
Upload IP limits. We automatically record the IP addresses used to upload to your account. Each account may use up to 5 IP addresses within a rolling 30-day window; an address that isn't used for 30 days stops counting toward the limit. If a 6th address is detected, uploads are blocked and the account is flagged for manual review. This restriction exists to detect compromised API keys and prevent abuse. We may treat addresses from the same network as a single address, and we may change the limit or how it is applied at our discretion.
No obligation to provide. We may add, change, limit, or discontinue any feature, tier, or the Service as a whole at any time. Features labeled beta or experimental are provided for testing and may be unstable or removed without notice.
Not a backup or secure storage service. The Service is designed for sharing. Public files are accessible to anyone who has or can guess the link, may be cached by content delivery networks, and may be indexed or copied by third parties. Private and password-protected files restrict access through the Service, but they are not a guarantee of confidentiality: anyone you give the link and password to can copy the file, and we can access private files as described in Section 6. Do not use the Service to store confidential or sensitive information, and keep your own copies of anything you care about.
Ownership. You retain all ownership rights in the files and other material you upload ("Your Content").
License to us. You grant FTS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (to our service providers only) license to host, store, reproduce, cache, transmit, display, and make technical modifications to Your Content (such as format conversion, compression, resizing, thumbnail generation, and metadata processing) solely as needed to operate, secure, and maintain the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except that copies may persist for a limited time in caches and backups, and we may retain content where required or permitted by law.
Your promises. For all of Your Content, you represent and warrant that (a) you own it or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to upload it and grant the license above; (b) it does not infringe or violate anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; (c) you have the consent of every identifiable person depicted in it to upload and share it; and (d) it complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Embeds and other settings. Text you enter in custom embed titles and descriptions, subdomain names, and other account settings counts as Your Content and is subject to Section 5.
Metadata. Image files can contain embedded metadata (EXIF), such as camera details and GPS location. We do not remove embedded metadata; you are responsible for removing it before uploading.
You may use the Service to upload and share files for personal, non-commercial purposes unless your tier expressly permits otherwise. You agree not to use the Service to upload, store, link to, or distribute any content, or engage in any conduct, that:
We decide, in our sole discretion, whether content or conduct violates this section.
We are not obligated to monitor content, but we may, at any time and without notice, review, remove, disable access to, or refuse to host any content, and suspend or terminate any account, that we believe violates these Terms, creates legal risk, or is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
Automated scanning. We use automated tools, including hash-matching against known CSAM databases, to detect prohibited content. This applies to public, private, and password-protected files. Content that is flagged may be blocked immediately, preserved as required by law, reviewed, and reported to NCMEC and law enforcement. By using the Service you consent to this scanning.
Access to private files. We and our service providers may access any file, including private and password-protected files, to operate the Service, investigate reports or suspected violations, and comply with law.
Bans. We may ban accounts and IP addresses. When we ban you, we may show you a reason, but we are not required to explain or justify our decision. An IP ban blocks every account using that IP address, which can include people on shared networks such as workplaces, schools, or mobile carriers. If you believe a ban was a mistake, contact support@fts.gg; we review appeals at our discretion.
Cooperation with authorities. We may disclose account information and content to law enforcement, government agencies, or other parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of FTS, our users, or others.
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Filing a notice. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:
Designated agent:
Email: support@fts.gg
Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which FTS may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant, and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
Notices are shared. We may forward copyright notices, including the complainant's contact information, to the user who uploaded the material, and we forward counter-notices, including the user's contact information, to the complainant.
Repeat infringers. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
If an intimate image or video of you (or of someone you are authorized to act for) was uploaded to the Service without consent, including a digitally altered or AI-generated one, email support@fts.gg with the subject line "NCII Removal Request" and include:
We will remove the content, and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies on the Service, as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receiving a valid request. Knowingly false requests may result in termination of your account and legal liability.
To report any other content or conduct that violates these Terms, email support@fts.gg or use our Discord server at https://fts.gg/discord. Include the URL(s) and a description of the problem. Do not download, copy, or send us content you believe to be CSAM. Report the URL only, and also report it directly to NCMEC at https://report.cybertip.org.
Subdomains on our shared domains. Eligible tiers may create subdomains on domains we make available for that purpose. You do not own or acquire any rights in a subdomain or the shared domain. We may reserve names, reject or reclaim any subdomain at any time (including names that are offensive, misleading, or needed by us), and remove subdomains when your account is terminated or downgraded. Content served from your subdomain is your responsibility, and abuse on a shared domain harms every user of it, so we enforce Section 5 strictly there.
Your own domains. If you connect a domain you control, by CNAME or by nameserver delegation, you represent that you own it or are authorized to use it for this purpose, and that it does not infringe anyone's trademark or other rights. You remain responsible for its registration, renewal, and any content served through it.
Nameserver delegation. If you delegate your domain's nameservers to us, you authorize FTS to create and manage a DNS zone for the domain in our Cloudflare account through Cloudflare's API, including creating, changing, and deleting DNS records, provisioning and renewing TLS certificates, and routing traffic to the Service. You understand that:
Our rights. We may disable or remove any subdomain, custom domain, or delegated zone at any time, including if it is associated with abuse, phishing, impersonation, or a violation of these Terms, or if its DNS no longer points to the Service.
All tiers are currently provided free of charge, and access to tiers above Basic is granted at our discretion. We may change, suspend, or revoke tier assignments at any time. If we introduce paid features, we will present the applicable terms before you are charged.
By you. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service.
Effect. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, your API keys are revoked, your subdomains are released, delegated DNS zones may be deleted from our Cloudflare account (you must update your nameservers at your registrar), and Your Content may be deleted without further notice, subject to our legal retention obligations. We are not obligated to provide you with copies of Your Content after termination. Sections 4 (license survival and your promises), 5 through 10, and 13 through 18 survive termination.
The Service relies on third-party services, including Discord for authentication and Cloudflare for hosting, storage, DNS management, and content delivery. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their actions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE STORED, PRESERVED, OR RECOVERABLE; OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF YOUR CONTENT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT UPLOADED BY USERS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FTS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FTS and its owners, operators, volunteers, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service, including through your API keys and custom domains; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. We may assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@fts.gg and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If it is not resolved, any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect the Service or our rights.
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought within one year after it arose, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice through the dashboard or our Discord server before they take effect, except where a change is required by law or addresses abuse or security, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and FTS regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers, network failures, natural disasters, or government action.
Export and sanctions. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on a U.S. government restricted-party list.
Electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including through the dashboard, email, or Discord, and agree that these satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
